iEye Captain Icon    iEye Captain interface: Recordings Pane

The main window is broken into three sections, with a divider that can be easily moved to give more space to schedules or recordings. The recordings are on the lower right, with a purple background color (the colors can be customized).

You can view and sort by a greater range of schedule information than EyeTV offers, including what disk a recording is located on. Also, see more recordings on screen at the same time, a great feature for larger archives.

You may change the size of the columns by dragging the edges, re-order the columns by clicking the header and dragging, or sort by clicking the column headings. If you don’t have enough space to see everything you want to see, you can drag the scroll bars to pan across the information, or you can drag the divider between the upper and lower panes to allot more space to the Recordings Pane.

You can select more than one recording at once by shift-clicking or command-clicking--- this is very handy if you want to set up a text or media export of only a few items, or you can delete a range of recordings by selecting them and hitting the Delete button (Option-click to bypass the warning dialog).
